The Broan-NuTone® LoProfile™ Project pack is designed for contractors, builders and multifamily construction projects that need installation flexibility before final product selections are made. By separating the fan housing from the finished components, construction can continue without concerns about damaging, losing or storing the product too early in the project.  The project pack includes the LoProfile fan housing, allowing rough-in installation during construction. Once the project is complete and interiors are ready for finishing, a corresponding finish pack, including grilles and motor/blower assemblies can be installed quickly to complete the ventilation system Finish packs consist of, 4 grilles and 4 motor/blower wheels. The Broan-NuTone LoProfile Fan is engineered for applications where traditional bathroom exhaust fans cannot fit. Its ultra-low-profile design installs between standard 2x4 studs, making it an ideal ventilation solution for multifamily housing, apartments, condominiums, townhomes, and other space-constrained residential projects. Designed for installation versatility, the fan features selectable 50, 80, and 100 CFM airflow settings to meet a variety of ventilation requirements. A pre-installed continuous run function allows occupants or installers to set low-speed operation from 30 to 100 CFM, supporting improved indoor air quality and compliance with modern ventilation standards
